Global Curriculum
Global learning is a defining feature of a Bryn Mawr education, and global perspectives permeate our curriculum. Our many globally relevant courses give students a powerful intellectual framework that intersects with the experiential learning they do, both overseas and in our very diverse campus community. At Bryn Mawr, the scholarly and the experiential combine to give students a deep understanding of our global age, what has come before it, and how they will construct their own pathways through it.
- On average and across all majors, more than half of the courses taken by Bryn Mawr students before they graduate have significant international content and perspectives.
- There are 24 majors (and even more minors) that pursue international topics in depth.
- Bryn Mawr offers instruction in a dozen languages, with many more available through our partnership with the University of Pennsylvania.
