Breakthrough of Greater Philadelphia is looking for hard-working college students who want to help underserved students beat the cycle of poverty through education. The characteristics of summer teaching fellows are inspired, and inspiring, persistent, passionate, and collaborative.

The application process involves submitting essays, a sample teaching video, transcripts and a recommendation. Applicants who progress to the final round are invited for an interview.
