ECC Legacy Weekend: Empanada and Brigadeiro Cooking Class

Sarah Ramirez Santana '24 and Adalia Rodriguez '24 will teach us how to make empanadas and Rubia Fernandes '23 and Clara Schilling '24 will teach us how to make the classic Brazilian dessert, brigadeiro.

ECC Legacy Weekend aims to lift up the seniors of the Enid Cook '31 Center community, particularly Black and Latinx students. The weekend was created by Perry House/ ECC residents and is designed to honor the seniors' legacies. ECC community members can also pick up their Legacy Weekend t-shirt.
