Senior Experience

Welcome, Seniors! 

Senior year at Bryn Mawr College is a time of reflection, transition, and preparation for life beyond college. You'll work closely with a range of campus offices to explore and develop your post-graduation options—whether that includes employment, graduate or professional school, or other meaningful pursuits. 

Throughout the year, you’ll engage in thoughtful, meta-reflective opportunities designed to help you articulate the skills and insights you’ve gained through your academic and co-curricular experiences. These reflections will support your ability to confidently present yourself in job searches, applications, and interviews.

Dean Fenimore collaborates closely with academic departments to support seniors in completing their thesis or capstone projects and meeting all graduation requirements. You’re encouraged to meet with your dean to review academic progress, receive guidance on your thesis or capstone, and discuss your post-Bryn Mawr goals. 

In addition, seniors are advised to stay in close communication with their major advisor(s) to ensure timely completion of major and minor requirements, and to connect with the Career and Civic Engagement Center to explore and plan for life after graduation. 

To keep you informed and supported, all seniors receive a monthly newsletter from the Dean’s Office, featuring updates on pre-registration, drop-in hours, engagement opportunities, and senior-specific events.
