Local chef Chris Paul will give a talk on how his Haitian identity shows up in his cooking and then teach everyone how to make "Blan Manje," a traditional coconut custard with fruit cocktail!

This event is a precursor to the annual ECC Friendsgiving potluck which will be on Friday, Nov. 19.
