We Speak for the Trees: Discussing the Consequences of the New Turf Field

Did you know that Bryn Mawr College is set to destroy over a dozen trees to make room for a new artificial turf field? Did you know that destroying the trees and grass field will transform this climate change fighting area of campus into a powerful amplifier of global warming? The teach-in aims to discuss the negative consequences of the proposed new field in terms of sustainability, followed by a discussion by participants about their concerns.
