College Communications provides visual design for printed and digital materials, works to maintain consistency in the College's graphical identity and marketing efforts, and provides photography and videography in service to enrollment, alumnae/i and philanthropy, research, and academic reputation-related efforts.

Photography and Video 

The College photographer's main task is to capture, edit, and disseminate photos and videos to market and promote the College. The College provides photographic and video coverage for print and online publications, with priority given to the college's strategic priorities, admissions, and fundraising.  

• Information submitted via our Request Form is vetted as quickly as possible, and submitters should expect an initial response within three business days.
• Requests that fall within the standard workday must be received three business days in advance to be considered.
• Requests for evening or weekend services must be made at least one week in advance.
• Delivery takes at least 5 days after a shoot is completed.
• We will provide contact information for freelance photographers and videographers if we cannot fulfill a request. Individuals can also check photo and video equipment out from the library.
