Through training, collaboration, and shared standards, we promote strong information architecture and intuitive site structures that make content easy to find and navigate. Our work helps maintain a high-quality, accessible digital presence that’s aligned with the College’s goals and built to serve the needs of our diverse audiences. 

Web Access & Training 

We offer training and resources to empower web editors (Web Stewards) with the skills they need to manage their sites confidently. Whether you're brand new to editing or just need a refresher, our sessions cover the essentials—from using the content management system to writing for the web and following accessibility best practices. We’re here to make sure editors feel supported every step of the way.

Web Steward Support 

Need help making a change to your site? Our team provides hands-on support for web edit requests, large or small. Whether it's updating content, fixing a formatting issue, or improving a page layout, we work closely with campus partners to keep sites accurate, engaging, and up to date. We aim to respond promptly and collaborate to find the best solutions.

User Experience (UX) 

A great website feels effortless to use. We prioritize intuitive navigation, clean design, and user-friendly interfaces so that visitors can move through our sites with ease. Whether someone is exploring academic programs, applying for financial aid, or trying to find a campus resource, our goal is to make that journey as smooth and satisfying as possible. 

Information Architecture 

Well-organized content is key to a successful website. We help structure content in a way that makes sense for users, grouping information logically and labeling it clearly. This not only improves navigation but also supports accessibility and SEO efforts.
