We use powerful analytics tools to see how people are using our websites—what they’re looking for, how they navigate, and where they may run into challenges. These insights help us understand what’s working and where there’s room for improvement so we can keep evolving our digital spaces in meaningful ways. 

Reporting 

Our team regularly compiles and shares data reports that highlight key performance trends, such as page views, user behavior, traffic sources, and engagement metrics. These reports help campus partners make informed decisions and track progress toward communication and outreach goals. 

Accessibility 

Everyone should be able to access and benefit from Bryn Mawr’s online resources. We build accessibility into everything we do—from how we design and write content to how we test and maintain websites. We follow recognized standards and proactively address barriers to ensure that all users, regardless of ability, can engage with our digital content.  

Quality Assurance 

Maintaining a high standard across all Bryn Mawr websites is a team effort. We monitor for broken links, outdated content, accessibility issues, and other quality concerns. By identifying and resolving issues early, we help ensure a polished, consistent experience for every site visitor.
