The Systems & Infrastructure group provides the secure, stable, and scalable foundation on which Bryn Mawr’s technology services run. Our work ensures that the College’s enterprise applications and data are always available, protected, and adaptable to future needs.

We manage the servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and cloud services that support Bryn Mawr’s mission-critical systems. By maintaining a secure and reliable infrastructure, we enable the College community to teach, learn, research, and work without interruption.

What We Do

  • Design and maintain enterprise server and storage environments

  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of core systems

  • Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes

  • Support cloud infrastructure and integrations with on-campus systems
