Options for Resolution and Resources

What options for resolution are available to individuals who are the target of—or who are impacted by—bias incidents?

The Bias Response Team will work with the reporting individual and/or targeted individual(s) to explore the following options:

• Engaging personal support (See Resources)
• Addressing the offender or requesting a peer-mediated conversation
• Pursuing response under the Social Honor Code
• Referring the incident to a Dean's Panel
• Working with Campus Safety and/or Lower Merion Township Police in the case of a possible hate crime
