Project Digicomm

Bryn Mawr College has engaged Higher Digital to conduct Phase One of its Digital Communications Ecosystem Redevelopment project (Project Digicomm) - an enterprise-architecture consultation focused on defining the “what” and “when” of sharing information, accessing resources, and communicating across the College's digital spaces. Phase One is scheduled to run August 2025 - December 2025.

In this phase, Higher Digital will:

• Audit the current digital communications ecosystem and cross-campus data products to establish a comprehensive and authoritative baseline.
• Benchmark peer institutions and industry solutions to identify functional, experience, and technical gaps.
• Articulate a target-state architecture for a unified mobile-app + portal, a marketing-focused public website, and atomized content management across platforms.
• Produce a phased implementation roadmap that sequences future workstreams—content strategy, workflow redesign, platform adoption, integrations—along with high-level timelines and decision points.

All subsequent implementation activities will occur in later phases, guided by the roadmap delivered at the close of this enterprise architecture engagement.
