Multimedia Services

The Multimedia Services team designs, supports, and maintains the technologies that power Bryn Mawr’s classrooms, learning spaces, and events. From audiovisual systems in lecture halls to collaboration tools for hybrid meetings, our goal is to create reliable, user-friendly environments that enhance communication and learning.

We work closely with faculty, staff, and students to plan, deploy, and support multimedia solutions that meet the evolving needs of the College.

What We Do

• Design and maintain audiovisual technology in classrooms, labs, and meeting spaces

• Support live events, lectures, and special programs with multimedia services

• Provide training and consultation on presentation, recording, and collaboration tools

• Develop solutions to support hybrid and remote teaching and learning

• Ensure accessibility and usability of multimedia systems across campus
