The IT Procurement team ensures that technology purchases at Bryn Mawr are effective, sustainable, and aligned with the College’s needs and values. We manage vendor relationships, coordinate IT purchasing processes, and provide guidance on selecting appropriate IT solutions for academic, administrative, and research purposes. 

Our work balances cost, compatibility, and long-term value, so the College can adopt new technologies with confidence. 


What We Do

  • Consult with individuals and departments on facilitating  all manner of technology purchases, utilizing internal college procurement tools and taking advantage of existing vendor partnerships LITS maintains (Dell, Apple, Microsoft, Canon, etc).

  • Assist departments with IT vendor contract reviews in partnership with the office of the General Counsel. 

  • Manage procurement processes to ensure that technology purchases align with security, accessibility, and sustainability standards.

  • Coordinate licensing, renewals, and inventory of hardware and software technology assets.
