About

The Office of Civil Rights and Title IX is committed to fostering a safe and inclusive environment and ensuring equal access to education, employment, and the College’s programs, services, and activities. We help to ensure the College’s compliance with federal and state laws and regulations and address discrimination and harassment based on protected characteristics, including age, citizenship status, color, disability, gender identity/expression, generic information, national origin, pregnancy or related conditions, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, and veteran status.

We serve as a resource for students, faculty, and staff, and coordinate the College’s response to reports of prohibited of conduct including discrimination, harassment, sexual violence, relationship violence, stalking, and exploitation, as well as retaliation related to engaging in a protected activity under the College’s Discrimination and Sexual Misconduct policies. We provide support and resources to affected individuals and assist with prevention and education initiatives across campus.

The Office of Civil Rights and Title IX is dedicated to ensuring fair and equitable processes while supporting the well-being of all community members.
