Reporting
Anyone is welcome to file a report with the Office of Civil Rights and Title IX, including students, faculty, staff, and guests. The Discrimination, Harassment, Sexual Misconduct, and Retaliation Reporting Form is used to notify the Associate Director of Civil Rights and Title IX Coordinator of any incident or conduct that may be a violation of the College’s Discrimination, Discriminatory Harassment, and Retaliation Policy or Sexual Misconduct Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, incidents of discrimination, harassment, sexual assault, domestic or dating violence, stalking, or other forms of sexual misconduct.
If you are having a medical or safety emergency, or to report a criminal matter, contact Campus Safety (610-526-7911) or 911 (off campus).
Please note that Mandatory Reporters are required to make a report when they witness or learn of incidents of discrimination, discriminatory harassment, or sexual misconduct. If you are a Mandatory Reporter, you should contact the Associate Director of Civil Rights and Title IX Coordinator or fill out the reporting form as soon as possible to share the information you received. The College has Mandatory Reporters so that affected individuals can receive timely and accurate information about the resources and options available to them.
Colleagues on campus considered confidential resources are excluded from mandatory reporting. Confidential resources for employees include the Employee Assistance Program and licensed/ordained religious advisors. Confidential resources for students include mental health care providers in Counseling Services, health care providers in Health Services, licensed/ordinated religious advisors, the Wellness Program Director, and the Wellness Program Coordinator.
